Platform Role

RateRoots provides educational information, technology tools, and inquiry routing/marketplace functionality. RateRoots does not originate, service, or fund loans; make underwriting or eligibility decisions; or provide binding offers or commitments.

Third-Party Providers

Any financial products or services referenced through the Platform are offered by independent Network Partners. Network Partners are solely responsible for compliance with applicable licensing requirements, determining eligibility and terms, and providing required disclosures.
